Today I'm speaking at the Linux Users of Victoria Mini-conference, being held in conjunction with its second Ballarat install fest. The talk introduces the Open Document Format in the context of digital preservation and archiving electronic documents.
Not all of us have access to the latest broadband technology, so if you want to try open source technology but are unable to download it yourself, contact us. We'll download it, put it on CD or DVD for you, and express post it to you anywhere in Australia, or standard air mail to New Zealand and the Pacific.
